I was selected to create a 45' x 20' mural as part of a downtown beatification initiative. I created the original illustration which was inspired by my collection of vintage postcards. I painted the enlarged version in a two month time frame using a longstanding sign painters' technique called pouncing. The artwork was also printed as a postcard which is being sold to raise additional funding for future projects.
